Thirty years ago, Dr. Kim believed yoga could solve every problem. Over time, she discovered the unique benefits of Tai Chi and Pilates, each offering powerful ways to heal the body and calm the mind. This inspired her to create YoChi-Lates—a fusion of all three taught through the dynamic lens of physical therapy.
YoChi-Lates is a 50-minute class combining the art of Yoga, the meditative movement of Tai Chi, and the core precision of Pilates. With a standardized sequence, students build consistency, track progress, and master form—gaining strength, confidence, and balance along the way.
Perfect for all levels, YoChi-Lates leaves you feeling strong, centered, and renewed. Great for chronic or recurring pain.
