Pre-Workshop
Transformation doesn’t begin at the workshop—it begins the moment you say “yes” to yourself. From the instant you register, you’ll receive thoughtfully designed mindset-shifting tasks and guided goal-setting reflections that gently prepare your mind and body for deeper healing, clarity, and growth.
During the Retreat
Throughout the 4-day workshop/retreat, you’ll work with immersive materials that activate your body’s natural ability to restore itself. Inside the retreat, you’ll work with curated activities and exercise solutions designed to support real and lasting change.
Post-Workshop
Your journey doesn’t end when the workshop does. You’ll receive ongoing growth resources and be welcomed into the My Physio-Zen World Social Club, with access to our private Facebook group and WhatsApp community for continued support. From there, you’ll be ready to enter our Soul School.

Meet at Location: The Saint Resort (St. John)
You will fly into St. Thomas US Virgin Islands and take a water ferry to St. John.
Orlando, Florida: 1 Start Super Summer
1. Dates: June 22 - 25, 2026, Mon- Thurs. 7:30am-11:30am
2. Dates: June 29 - July 2, 2026, Mon - Thurs. Meet at Location: Disney World’s Disney Springs at Paddlefish Restaurant. Disney Springs is a free access restaurants and shopping area and has free parking garages. Resorts for lodging with free water ferry service to Disney Springs: Port Orleans Resort, Key West Resort, and Saratoga.
Aspen, Colorado: Enjoy Cool August Summer

Meet at Location: St. Regis Resort/Hotel.
No need for a car. There are fast free little buses. You can fly directly into Aspen.

Workshop/Retreat Tuition= $2700 (discounts outlined below)
Hotel and travel expenses NOT included in this tuition fee. Participants are free to select and book any accommodations, transportation, and flights. If you need help, contact our concierge service.
REFUND POLICY
All tuition payments for our events are non-refundable, except for the $300 deposit option, which is refundable up to 90 days prior to the event. Full payment is due 90 days prior to the event date. Unused funds may be applied toward a future event. Refunds for additional travel-related expenses, such as hotel or airfare, will follow the policies of the respective vendors.

We meet Monday–Thursday from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM, leaving you with plenty of free time to explore and soak up the beauty of our incredible destinations. Reflection time is important to absorb daily learnings.
